Can I collaborate with Coquette on social media?

* If you have a wicked social media presence, Instagram page or are just interested in collaborating with the Coquette brand we’d LOVE to hear from you! Please contact our Publicity Coordinator at support@thecoquetteco.com for all PR, Marketing and collaboration inquiries.  We have an opportunity to become part of our Affiliate program that we will be launching the beginning of 2023.  More info here:

 

 

Do you have a store I can visit?

* Coquette is exclusively online! This means we can serve customers all across the world but unfortunately we don't have a physical location where you can come and try on jewelry. 

 

 

How can I access my store credit?

* Store credit is issued to accounts. If your Coquette account has credit on it, make sure you are logged when you check out. On the checkout page you will have the option to apply your credit to the order! Please ensure you do not use an express checkout method however as it will bypass the store credit option. If you make a return and don’t have an account with us, we will send you an account activation email to the email address associated with your original order. 

 


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

* We aim to ship all orders received within 2-5 business days.   Delivery within the USA typically takes 3-5 business days from the dispatch date depending on your chosen shipping method. For all other countries, it could take up to 7 business days.

I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

* We’re sorry to hear that. It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. If this happens, please contact us so we can verify whether the order has been placed and resend your confirmation. You can reach us during business hours on (559) 451-6508.
